The Kelp Bikini
Tie-free. Both pieces pull on with bonded elastic edges.

The questions we actually get.
What does "microplastic-free" actually mean here?
It means the knit is engineered to shed as few fibres as possible, not that no plastic exists in it. Any stretch swim fabric contains synthetic yarn, and a brand telling you otherwise is selling you something. We use long-staple regenerated nylon in a dense, low-pill knit, which releases far fewer loose fibres than short-staple recycled polyester.
How do I know the OEKO-TEX claim is real?
Every suit has the certificate number printed on the inside label. Type it into the OEKO-TEX public label check and you will see the issuing institute, the class and the expiry date. If a certification claim does not come with a number, there is nothing to check.
Will one suit really last two summers?
For most kids, yes. Kids one-pieces have a hidden growth pleat at the shoulder seam and a deep hem, together buying roughly two inches of length. Order true to size rather than sizing up.
How should I wash it?
Rinse in cold fresh water as soon as you are out, then dry flat in the shade. Skip the machine when you can. If you do machine wash, use a fibre-catching bag on cold and never use fabric softener.
What happens when my kid outgrows it?
Mail it back with the prepaid label from your original order. We sanitise it, check the elastic, and either re-list it or recycle the yarn. You get store credit either way.
